I would like to praise fitter Richard for the lock fitted. The door is a listed metal and glass model and we had a very difficult time in fitting a new latch. However as you can see from the photograghs the finished article was a very neat excellent job.

To the Manager for the Banham Locksmiths in London:

I would like to draw to your attention the exemplary work a guy called Dan who came to fit a lock at my property this weekend.

I have been a customer of Banham for ten years and I have never had a guy carry out such a fantastic job.

The other locksmiths and alarm technicians who have visited me in the past have always done a good job, but none of them have paid such attention to detail and treat the situation as if it was their own front door.

Dan did the following:

• Called prior to notify of when he would arrive (greatly appreciated).
• Pointed out faults with the door frame (apparently in the past it had been broken in).
• Suggested additional security features to install to increase protection from burglars etc.
• Installed the additional security measures perfectly there and then and without rushing the job.
• Was patient with me when I was taking other deliveries while he was working.
• As promised came back this morning to finish installing the final London bar.
• Cleaned up after himself and left absolutely no mess what so ever.

I just wanted to bring this to your attention and thank you for sending such a skilled and professional guy to carry out the jobs.

I am writing to congratulate you on the excellent work and service you provide.

This morning I had one of my Banham locks changed. Being the unfortunate recipient of some very bad delivery and service from other companies, I was pleasantly surprised when your engineer arrived exactly on time.

Furthermore his service was both highly competent and professional; he knew his trade and was courteous and knowledgeable in his work.

I have had Banham locks at home for five years now and I can testify that it is an excellent product which fully lives up to its billing as one of the best in the business. Given some of the shabby service some of your competitors provide I feel you company deserves praise and hence this letter.

Just a note of thanks, especially to the locksmith that fitted the door and locks. Not an easy job but one done with pride and professionalism. The house was cleared and clean after he left. I have attached a picture, its only got a 1st coat of undercoat on but looks great.

I just wanted to say how pleased we are with the new door and locks and to say that your workman turned up on time, did the work quickly and neatly and even bothered to call after the final bit of work was completed to check it was ok to charge the balance of the invoice.

I am writing regarding the works your company has recently carried out on our property.

We have had all window and door locks changed as suggested by your security consultant as well as an alarm system fitted more recently. We would like you to know how pleased we are, both with products supplied as well as the professionalism shown by your staff, from the initial advisory visit, to those who carried out the fitting.

This is not the first time that we have used Banham and although we expected nothing less from a company with such a good reputation, it makes all the difference when the work is carried out without your being aware of your staff's presence.
