In the rare event a key does not operate after being cut we provide a hassle free replacement key and will not leave you at the back of the queue.

How to copy Banham Keys.
Keys can be cut in any of our showrooms, see our Contact Page for address details. We always require a key to cut from.
A Banham Gold Card is required if the number of the key is in the range 00 XXXXX - 010 XXXXX.
Alternatively you may apply for key copying by post. Please send your key (by Special Delivery), along with your Banham Gold Card and payment (contact us for details) to 10 Pascal Street, London SW8 4SH.
If the key is not already registered in your name, we require one of the following documents as a proof of ownership.
- A solicitor's letter confirming your ownership.
- Documentation relating to the completion of the purchase of the property.
- Up to date mortgage repayment statement relating to relevant property.
- A current long lease (minimum ten years). Tenancy agreements are not acceptable.
- Home building insurance.
- Ground rent or service charge invoices. This applies to flats only.
- A Banham invoice in the customer's name relating to the installation of the lock.
- A letter of authority from the management company if the key is either not registered, or if it is registered and the customer has not noted any objection to this.
