New Banham HQ – Update

December 4, 2014 ◄ Back

Next year, the Banham Group will be relocating to a brand new purpose built head office situated in Earlsfield, London.

Site Update

  • The structural frame is now complete and the external envelope works is well under way.
  • The roof steelwork has been completed on both buildings and construction of the roof is now in progress.
  • The progress of the above works has allowed internal fit-out to commence over all floors with all the services and partitions being installed. Over the next few weeks the raised floor installation will commence. This will then be followed by the ceiling installations and various finishes to all surfaces.
  • The brickwork is progressing well and as this moves up the building, so will the scaffold platforms. Window installation started last week and will follow in sequence.

Forthcoming Works

Over the next month you will see the brickwork progress further and the roof structure will near completion which will change the appearance of the project. This will allow for the building to get watertight and for the internal works to progress.

Over the next few weeks the raised floor installation will commence. This will then be followed by the ceiling installations and various finishes to all surfaces.
