I am writing this e-mail to compliment the service I was offered at your High Street Kensington Branch by one of your employees whose name is Harry Omolaiye.
I was in a rush and under a tight time line. He was very accommodating and not only did he ensure that all my questions and requirements were met but at the same time was very calm while facilitating my registration and transaction and ensuring that none of the other customers were impacted.
A true asset.
