In life unforeseen events can sometimes be very stressful and unsettling. Losing one’s keys, being locked out without a spare set, and at night is indeed an experience I would never like to happen again.
I called the Banham Kensington Branch, because I was aware of their self-promotion as a quality service. My fear of ‘cowboy contractors’ and false economy bargain services, underscored my decision to seek emergency assistance from Banham.
I was not disappointed. From the first contact call to the switchboard operator, the initial customer administrator, the contact with a locksmith, a stressful situation for me was very much reduced by all staff involved. I felt I was being served by professionals I could trust.
The locksmith tackled a testing job with a technical competency and amicable style, that reassured and resolved the situation. My locks were rightly upgraded, access to my home enabled, my peace of mind restored.
I experienced a Banham service, that in my estimation, was delivered in a way that very good was not good enough, excellence prevailed.
