Dear Salim

Thank you for providing the details of your manager.  I am copying him on this note, just to point out to him (as I am sure he is already well aware!) that he has an exemplary employee.   

I have been very impressed by the service you provided this afternoon.  Firstly by having the patience to deal with my very limited experience of our own CCTV capabilities and explaining them to me in “layman’s terms”. Secondly for finding and forwarding the manual to me so promptly; and thirdly for helping get a technician to us so quickly to demonstrate how to use the equipment!

It is rare these days that one encounters such levels of service, so I thought it merited flagging. I settled the bill on the phone in advance with a credit, but would appreciate an invoice in the post as I will need to reconcile my statement for expenses at the end of the month.
