Dear Ms Banham,
I write as a client of Banham’s/Tara Alarms to let you know how much I have appreciated the service I’ve received from your engineer.
Despite the work to our house in Pimlico having taken far longer than originally intended, Ian has remained as focused and familiar with the installation as if he had only recently become involved. In fact, from the beginning, he impressed me by not just following the agreed spec but suggesting and explaining amendments or improvements to it, and also solving unforeseen problems. I gained the impression that he keeps abreast of technological advancements and applications, and thinks creatively.
Ian has always responded speedily to any query or request I’ve sent him, even at week-ends, and has truly made me feel nothing is too much trouble. His client skills are matched by his supervisory skills and with his team-mate, Kelly Chapman, they make an harmonious and hard-working pair.
I used to work in Human Resources and so have a pretty good idea how valuable an exceptional employee is to a company. It goes without saying that in my opinion Ian is just such a member of staff – able, committed and a great ambassador for Banham’s.
