Yesterday I went into the Kensington branch with the intention of spending just 5 minutes in the stores, I wanted some information on the intruder alarms of the company, I was greeted by a young gentleman by the name of Harry who despite my abrupt questioning and mannerism, took the time to explain the different alarms systems advertised in the showroom, he even took the fact I had young kids and a pet into consideration and I ended up spending 15 mins more than I anticipated, he went on to explain the advantages of getting secure locks and various other products the company offered including a service called CMS all of which I will be using when I get back from Western Australia.
