Please may I put on record my kind appreciation for the level of service shown by your employees named below.
When booking my service I had occasion to speak with Alice, who took considerable trouble to get answers to various questions. She was prompt, efficient and very helpful.
I also spoke with Robin, one of your engineers who was very patient and walked me through all my concerns.
He was also able to address how best to resolve my problem and today I met with John., who knew exactly how to resolve the issues I raised and will be returning to fix the bell box.
