It’s not just alarms either – should you accidentally leave a window open, or need a pet feeding, they can cover this too.
Our monitored contract customers have access to our 24/7 tech support team, who can advise on any queries relating to your alarm system, and often troubleshoot over the phone. If they can’t resolve it remotely, we have a team of engineers who can come to your property 24/7.

How much will it cost?
Tech support is included in your monitoring contract. Police response can be added from just £6 per month. If you need any additional equipment this may carry a small extra cost.
Will I need any additional equipment?
Depending on your current set up, you may require additional connectors to enable your alarm system to talk to our alarm receiving centre. This is a straightforward task for our engineering team, and we’ll agree a suitable date and time to fit this.
