As a family business now in our fourth generation, we understand that protecting those you care about is the thing that matters most at times like this and that our responsibility to protect you extends beyond your security.
NEW MEASURES TO GIVE YOU PEACE OF MIND
We have adopted several new precautionary measures to ensure that we can continue to support you whilst doing everything we can to protect you from the virus.
On visits to your property, our engineers and staff will be taking extra precautions on hygiene and cleanliness and will be asking a few questions before entering the property to help control the spread of the virus.
We do however fully understand that many of our customers may want to change their plans and do not want us to visit and carry out maintenance at this time.
WE CAN MAINTAIN YOUR SYSTEM REMOTELY
That is why we are advising customers, to take advantage of our state-of-the-art technology and have the maintenance of their system carried out remotely.
The latest Banham Alarm systems have unique panel technology with Automatic Remote Maintenance (ARM). An engineer will remotely dial into your alarm panel and carry out a system walk through to check that every device is signally and operating correctly. A report will be sent to you once the ARM is complete and if a fault is found, we will contact you with any further action required.
As part of the premium customer support that you receive from Banham, we already carry out one of your two annual maintenance checks in this way.
