We know that many customers are concerned about the Coronavirus, and we want to re-assure you that we take customer safety as seriously as we do security.
As a family business now in our fourth generation, we understand that protecting those you care about is the thing that matters most at times like this and that our responsibility to protect you extends beyond your security.
NEW MEASURES TO GIVE YOU PEACE OF MIND
Please be aware that we are monitoring the situation in relation to Coronavirus closely to ensure we can support our customers with the best service possible. We have put a number of new precautionary measures in place to protect our customers and staff from the Coronavirus.
Should the situation escalate, and it would not be advisable for us to visit your property, we may be able to carry out your maintenance remotely, depending on the alarm system that you have.
The latest Banham alarm systems have unique technology allowing us to provide system diagnostics remotely.
We still aim to carry out your next maintenance visit in person but we wanted to re-assure you that we are planning appropriately for every eventuality to ensure we can continue to support and maintain your system whilst taking responsible steps to best protect our customers and staff in this unprecedented situation.
We will contact you in due course if we need to advise you to have your maintenance carried out remotely rather than in person.
