At Banham and CMS Keyholding, we have been protecting customers for nearly a century, and in unprecedented times like this we know our responsibility to protect you goes beyond your security. As a family business now in our fourth generation, we understand that the safety of those you care about is what matters most.
As the coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to impact us all, we are following guidance from Public Health England and national and local governments. Banham will always endeavour to keep working and we continue to monitor and comply with the latest Government advice. We thank you for your continued loyalty and patience during this time.
Our team is working hard to continue to support your requirements and our services are now being prioritised, which means:
- Keyholding and Alarm Response Support
Our Keyholding and Alarm response teams are available and our Key Guards are still being despatched but are prioritising emergency response visits. Already pre-arranged lock ups may be deprioritised during this period, when you will of course be informed. Due to extraordinary demand and the additional pressures on our Key Guards, we are unable to take on new requests at this point. We will keep you updated on this, as soon as we are able to resume our full service.
