How can we help you?

You can see a history of all events associated with your alarm system through the main control panel.

 

To access the main menu:

• Press 'D' then present your tag or enter your PIN code
• Keep pressing 'no' until you see 'REVIEW LOG'
• Then press 'yes' twice to select Panel Log
• Your history will be displayed, the most recent first.

 

To scroll through your history:

• Use the left/right arrows if you have them, or D will move you back through your history, event by event. Use B to move forward.
• If you want more info on an event, press 'A' to see more, for example which user set the alarm.
• Once you're done, press 'no' until it says 'REVIEW LOG' then press 'A' to escape back to home screen.
