Unsetting your Banham alarm system

If you are at your property:

  • Enter the building and the 'entry time' will start - this is the time you have to get to your keypad.
  • Present a valid tag to the 'tag' symbol on your keypad or enter your PIN code.

 

If you are not at your property:

You can unset your alarm remotely using the SmartAlarm2+ app.

IMPORTANT: Never switch off your alarm via the app if the alarm has activated unless you are 100% certain as to why it activated.

  • Open your app
  • Tap the red padlock symbol to unset the alarm, you will be disconnected on the APP while the alarm transmits it's signals.
  • You will receive a push notification to confirm your system is unset.

The alarm may need to be reset by a person on site at the keypad and this cannot be done remotely.
