This guide is for panels V11 or older, or wifi that has no WPS. 

 

Pair manually using your keypad or a smartphone

If your panel is V11 or older, or your wifi and/or router doesn't support Wifi Protected Setup (WPS), you can pair your wifi and alarm system manually. 

 

For wifi with only numbers or letters in the name or password: 

You can pair your wifi and alarm system using the keypad on your control panel. Watch how to do this below:

 

 

For wifi with special characters (eg * or !) in the name or password 

For this, you will need an internet-enabled device such as a smartphone, to enable you to complete the pairing.

Before you start

Master Manager code:

To program a new tag, you'll need your Master Manager code. This is the last four digits of your site account number. 

Finding your site account number:

You can find this on any Banham invoice. If you don't have one to hand, you can request a copy be emailed to you through your online account.
