Having extra copies of your Banham key can be useful. That’s why we make our key cutting process as easy as possible, while keeping you and your property safe.

 

For Home Owners

If you have a Banham Mark III Key, you must be registered on your Banham key to be able to cut copies. If you are not registered, please click here for help.

 

If you are registered:

• you can visit any Banham showroom with your key and photo ID to get duplicate keys cut

Or

• you can nominate someone else to get your key(s) cut for you by requesting an Additional Key Cutting form here

You will need to include their full name, your key number and the number of keys you would like to be cut. We will send you a form to electronically sign. Please ensure your nominated person brings this form, their photo ID and your key with them when they visit one of our showrooms to get your keys cut.

If you have a Banham Mark I or Mark II Key, your nearest Banham showroom will still be happy to help.

 

For Companies

If you have a Banham Mark III Key, your company must be registered on the Banham key(s) to be able to cut copies. If your company is not registered, please go here for help.

If your company is registered:

 

1. We will need a letter from your company authorising a named individual to visit a Banham showroom on your behalf to get duplicate keys cut

The letter must:

• be on your company’s letterhead paper, signed and dated by someone in your company other than the named representative as we do not accept self-certification
• follow this wording

‘We hereby give authority for the person(s) mentioned below to obtain … copies (each) of keys on our behalf for key number(s) ...’ and then list the name(s) below  

 

2. The named person should then visit one of our showrooms with their photo ID, the physical key and the letter of authorisation. (Please note that your letter of authorisation is only valid for 30 days).

 

If your company has a Banham Mark I or Mark II Key, your nearest Banham showroom will still be happy to help.

 

For Managing Agents 

If you have a Banham Mark III Key, your managing agents must be registered on the Banham key(s) to be able to cut copies. 

If your managing agents are registered:

1. We will need a letter from your managing agents authorising a named individual to visit a Banham showroom on their behalf to get duplicate keys cut

The letter must:

• be on your managing agents’ letterhead paper, signed and dated by someone in their company other than the named representative as we do not accept self-certification

• follow this wording:

‘We hereby give authority for the person(s) mentioned below to obtain … copies (each) of keys on our behalf for key number(s) ...’ and then list the name(s) below  

2. The named person should then visit one of our showrooms with their photo ID, the physical key and the letter of authorisation. Please note that the letter of authorisation is only valid for 30 days. 

 

If your managing agents have a Banham Mark I or Mark II Key, your nearest Banham showroom will still be happy to help but you can take your key to another key cutter if you wish.
