Wandsworth Chamber Big Breakfast: Designing Out Crime and the Impact of Theft and Shoplifting
It is our pleasure to announce that we will be hosting Wandsworth Chamber’s March 2017 Big Breakfast on Wednesday 29th with the title “Designing Out Crime and the Impact of Theft and Shoplifting” here at our Headquarters in Earlsfield. It’s a free event and an open invitation to members and non-members alike and would especially benefit those in the Retail or Leisure sectors. There will be plenty of food and drinks so make sure to bring your appetite.
The theme of the meeting is “Crime and its Impact”. Our objective is to make businesses aware of the problems in Wandsworth in regards to safety and security, not just from the perspective of the retailer, but from that of the Council and the Police as well. These three pillars should work in perfect harmony and synergy in order to abolish crime out of our lives and drastically reduce the rate of shoplifting and theft. The presentation will be given by Roger Lyddon, Community Safety Officer, Wandsworth Council
Furthermore, during the presentation we will explore how we can improve and streamline communication between stakeholders in order to work together more effectively and efficiently in order to reduce the level and impact of business crime.
As business owners, you have the opportunity to discover how Banham’s security systems and CCTV can safeguard your property and at the same time function as a powerful tool to improve your customers’ shopping experience.
The event will prove an excellent chance for all attendees to interact and network with the Council Community Safety Team and the Police. We hope to see as many of you as possible!
