Direct Debit Payments​

As a family business, we have protected and supported our customers for almost a century. This includes making it easier to pay your bills. For all residential customers, we have a Direct Debit payment option, which helps spread costs over 12 months, interest free.

Benefits of Direct Debit

Our residential customers can apply for a Direct Debit and enjoy the following benefits:

  • Spread costs over 12 months, interest free

  • Available for services and installations such as doors and intruder alarms*

  • Easy and convenient automatic payments

  • Direct Debit safety guarantee, which ensures customers are protected and entitled to a full and immediate refund if there is an error

*Excludes security plus doors

Setting Up Direct Debit​​

Setting up a Direct Debit to spread costs over 12 months*, interest free is quick and stress-free.

If you are an existing customer, please register or login to your Banham account here. Once logged in, simply add your billing account number and set up or amend your details on a simple online Direct Debit form.

If you are a new customer or unable to setup your Direct Debit online, download this Direct Debit Form, fill in the details and mail to the following address:
