They may also bring samples so you can see for yourself the high-quality finishes that we offer for locks and door furniture. When you book your appointment, you'll be able to discuss your requirements with us so we can make sure the surveyor has the appropriate samples with them for your visit.

How long does the survey take?

The survey typically takes about 30-60 minutes, depending on the complexity of your security needs. Our experts will thoroughly assess your requirements to ensure we provide the best possible solution tailored to your unique situation.

Is there a charge for the in-person survey?

No, our survey is free of charge and obligation. 

Do I need to prepare anything before the survey?

There is nothing specific you need to do, although it is helpful to have clear access to doors and windows. If you have any pets in the house, you may prefer to secure them as we will need to look at exterior doors and windows. 

How do I know the surveyor is from Banham?

The name of your surveyor will be confirmed when you book your appointment, and this will also be sent in your confirmation email. All our surveyors have branded photographic identification with them. 

If you wish, you can arrange for the surveyor to use a verbal password, just request this when you make your appointment.
