Routine Maintenance & 24-hour Service – CCTV
Our routine maintenance service includes an annual system inspection. A Banham engineer will inspect the condition of your cameras and equipment, provide any required updates and check the security protocols of the system’s network. Any faults found will be highlighted, and a service engineer booked to make the necessary CCTV repairs. As an added benefit, customers with maintenance contracts are subject to priority booking with service calls and preferential call-out rates.
We never use automated phone systems, so you will always speak to a member of our in-house team directly for technical support. If you have a query or an urgent problem, you can contact us 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, and if necessary, we can send an engineer to your property to arrive in the quickest possible time. And because we train all of our staff in-house, you can rest assured that only experienced, security-vetted Banham engineers will be sent to your property.
