Routine Maintenance & 24-hour Service – CCTV

Our routine maintenance service includes an annual system inspection. A Banham engineer will inspect the condition of your cameras and equipment, provide any required updates and check the security protocols of the system’s network. Any faults found will be highlighted, and a service engineer booked to make the necessary CCTV repairs. As an added benefit, customers with maintenance contracts are subject to priority booking with service calls and preferential call-out rates.

We never use automated phone systems, so you will always speak to a member of our in-house team directly for technical support. If you have a query or an urgent problem, you can contact us 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, and if necessary, we can send an engineer to your property to arrive in the quickest possible time. And because we train all of our staff in-house, you can rest assured that only experienced, security-vetted Banham engineers will be sent to your property.

CCTV Health Check

In addition to the annual on-site maintenance service, Banham also offer an automatic off-site service to monitor the health of your CCTV system, thereby ensuring that your system is operating correctly at all times. If your CCTV system is tampered with, vandalised or develops a fault, the problem might not be discovered until your next maintenance visit, which could be after a critical incident has already taken place. Our comprehensive CCTV Health Check service remotely connects to your system and retrieves diagnostic and operational data every 24 hours. It can detect a host of faults, including connection and network issues, camera failures and tampering, hard disk failures, recording issues and more.
