CCTV Monitoring Services

Banham’s vigilant CCTV monitoring services give you and your home round-the-clock protection with support from our in-house centre and team of experts. We will monitor your CCTV signals, and if activated will provide a range of services. You can also remotely check your system with our Smart Security app.

How Banham CCTV Monitoring Works

We offer a range of CCTV monitoring solutions that are customised to suit your needs. Your Banham CCTV system will be connected to our in-house centre at our London headquarters. Our team of trained Banham security professionals will monitor your CCTV signals 24/7 and if an intruder is detected, we will respond accordingly.

You will also be given access to our Smart Security App so you can check your CCTV system from anywhere in the world.

CCTV Response Services

Using innovative technology, we can accurately identify when a triggered CCTV sensor is an intruder. Our team of experts will then take the appropriate course of action. These are the steps we can take:

  • CONTACTING YOU: When an intruder has been identified, we will immediately call you or your dedicated contact to notify you of the situation.

  • VOICE-OFF: Alerting the intruder with an automated or live voice response through the speakers in your CCTV system. This will encourage them to flee the premises.

  • KEYHOLDING RESPONSE: If you have subscribed to our professional in-house Keyholding service, we will dispatch a SIA trained Key Guard to your home to deal with the situation.

  • ALARM RESPONSE: If you have both a monitored Banham alarm system and CCTV system, we can organise a police attendance to your home.
